COMPANY NAME HEADER: There are three distinct bill header formats available. If you choose to add a company logo, the position will be determined by the position selected for the Company Name. If the left or right position is selected, the logo width is limited to the allocated space. However, if the center position is selected, a full width logo can be accommodated.
BILL TERMS: The bill payment terms can be set to a specific number of days, to a specific date, or due upon receipt.
BILL LINE ITEM DETAIL: There are four ways to format bill line items.
BILL DISCOUNTS: Discounts can be applied at the client level or at the bill level. Here's an easy way to provide lower rates to non-profit organizations, or to long-term clients as an appreciation for loyalty.
BILL MESSAGE: For even greater customization, the bill message that is set at the Company level, can be edited at the bill level.
With the combination of formatting options available, you can produce more than twelve different bill layouts, apply discounts, and set payment terms. Each invoice can be emailed, printed and/or saved as a PDF file. The export options are limited only by your device... e.g. email, bluetooth, USB cable connection, etc.
